Danny and AIM Dental Marketing® (ADM) serve clients nationwide and across the globe. He is also executive director of Climb For A Cause and The Smile Tree, which organizes and promotes outdoor events to fund and maintain dental education and treatment projects overseas.
Daniel lectures nationwide, has served as dental marketing columnist for Dental Economics’ What’s Working In Dental Marketing Today, and DPRWorld’s Marketing Insider. He has been published in New Dentist, Dental Angle, the CDS Review, Dental Compare, Advanced Practice Management, My Dental Channel, Strategies For Success, Modern Hygienist, New Docs, Office Magic, Pink Tooth, Solutions Quarterly, Dentistry Today, AGD Impact, DentalEDU.tv, and other profession-related publications.
He is a Charter Member of The Speaking and Consulting Network, a Certified Dental Practice Consultant, and chaired the Website Committee of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants.
Daniel is a long time Member of the American Academy of Dental Practice (AADP).
From 2010 to 2011 Daniel Bobrow helped found and serve as Chair of the Executive Committee for the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH), and continued to serve as its Marketing Committee Chair until 2014.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Illinois, and Masters of Business Administration Degrees (MBAs) in finance and marketing from The University of Chicago and The Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL), Belgium, respectively. He is author of The State of The Art In Dentistry Marketing and created, in conjunction with Dr. Bill Blatchford, The Art of First Impressions© telephone skills mastery curriculum.
Daniel has a passion for rock and ice climbing, alpine mountaineering, Adventure Racing. His mountaineering and racing exploits have been chronicled by Windy City Sports, Private Clubs, Red Book, Vertical Jones, The Chicago Tribune, and other publications.
By soliciting pledges and corporate sponsorship, he has employed outdoor hiking events as vehicles to raise both awareness and funds for a number of philanthropic organizations. Read Daniel’s Climbing and Adventure Racing Resume Here.
Daniel is also a Certified mediator and arbitrator, and has worked pro bono for several agencies including; the Better Business Bureau, Youth Justice Institute, Center For Conflict Resolution, Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Circuit Court System of the City of Chicago, Center For Conflict Resolution, and Loyola University School of Law.
He is a certified Professional Consultative Selling Skills trainer and coach, and has passed the real estate professional’s licensing exam. He also served with the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (Booth School) CEO Roundtable.
Daniel holds various additional certifications, ranging from Insurance to Outdoor Emergency Care Technician (OECT).
Health Partner Success Manager
Since 2006, Virginia has supported AIM Dental Marketing® in various roles ranging from Technical Manager to Business Manager and at present, as Health Partner Success Manager. In her current capacity, she is responsible for assisting AIM Dental’s Health Partners as a liaison to the fulfillment team. She also provides guidance to Health Partners through training and support service so they can take full advantage of the various aspects of their service as well as receive support for their immediate and urgent service fulfillment requests.
Virginia has a diverse background. For her undergraduate degree, she studied French and business at the University of Illinois (Champaign campus) and spent her entire junior year in southern France in a full immersion French studies program offered by the IAU (Institute for American Universities) in Avignon, France. After college, on the recommendation of her French business professor, she started out in the I.T. department of an international French bank and became a support technician. She then worked in the I.T. Departments of three law firms over the next twelve years until she eventually became Director of Technology for a prominent litigation firm in Chicago where she remained for seven years.
In 2006, after being in the corporate world, Virginia has turned her interests towards small business management and marketing and has joined the entrepreneurial world working with American Dental Corp, which later rebranded as AIM Dental
She has immersed herself in the techniques and technologies of marketing and has become expert in copy editing (web and direct mail), social media management, call tracking and reporting and contributes continually to product improvements in areas of local search and website design.
In her spare time Virginia enjoys hiking, biking and skiing, both downhill and cross country, and has participated in the annual Dentists’ Climb For a Cause (DCFAC) event since 2005. She also serves on the Board of Directors of DCFAC and receives great satisfaction in knowing many children worldwide have been helped by the dental education and treatment clinics that DCFAC supports.

Edgard has been a valued and loyal member of the AIM Family since 2015. In that time, his initiative and energy have earned him the respect and admiration of his fellow team members.
His commitment to remaining current on trends in the paid search space have enabled him to repeatedly identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance our Health Partners’ practice growth plans.
Web Design & Multimedia Specialist
Balvi has been with AIM since 2007. His passion and skill with web design and his ability to complete and deliver projects on time are keys to our high level of client satisfaction. His commitment carries over to our Practice Perfection, Art Of First Impressions, Climb For A Cause & SmileTree Foundation websites, and we are grateful for the creative flare he brings to his work.
As AIM’s Web Specialist, Balvi possesses the uncanny ability to anticipate client needs, manage client requests and maintain client dental websites with the greatest attention to detail and precision.

Andrew Stoller has been involved in design and web development for over 20 years. He is experienced in all facets of online conversion, including landing page design, email marketing, web development, paid search, and search engine optimization.
Over the years, he has worked for a wide range of direct marketers and D2C brands. Industries include health, beauty, consumer goods, finance, supplements, insurance, DSOs, and local dental practices.
